Delivery
We deliver to every county in Kenya. Delivery is one fee for the whole order, however many pieces are in it, and you see it before you pay.
How long it takes
Pieces in stock leave us within one working day of payment. How long they take to reach you depends on where you are. The time for your county is shown at checkout and in the list on this page.
Pieces that are made to order are built for you first. Each one gives its lead time on its own page, usually three to six weeks, and we write to you when it is ready.
On the day
- We call you the day before to agree a time.
- In Nairobi and the counties around it, our own crew delivers. They carry each piece to the room you want it in and assemble it.
- Elsewhere a carrier we trust delivers to your door. Pieces that need assembly arrive with instructions and their fittings.
- Please look over each piece before the crew leaves, and tell them at once if anything is not right.
