Returns

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not, this is what we will do.

If you change your mind

You can return a piece that was in stock within 7 days of delivery, unused and in the condition it arrived in. We collect it, and you pay the delivery fee for the collection. We refund the price of the piece to the M-Pesa number that paid for it, within 7 working days of getting it back.

Pieces that are made to order are built for you, so they cannot be returned because of a change of mind. You can cancel one free of charge until we start making it.

If it arrives damaged, or is not as described

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We repair it, replace it or refund it in full, delivery included, whichever you prefer. This applies to everything we sell.
