Each product page gives the guarantee for that piece.
What is covered
Faults in the materials and in how the piece was made: joints that work loose, frames that crack, drawers that stop running, stitching that fails.
What is not covered
- Ordinary wear, and marks from use.
- Damage from water, direct sun, pests or an accident.
- Wood moving a little with the seasons. Solid wood does this, and it is not a fault.
- A piece that somebody else has altered or repaired.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the fault. We repair where we can and replace where we cannot.
