Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Sebule through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Kenya shillings and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
• An order is accepted when we have received payment for it. Until then the pieces in it are held for you for a short time, and released if payment does not arrive.
• We take care to show each piece accurately. Wood and woven materials are natural, so grain and colour vary a little from one piece to the next and from the photographs.
• If we cannot supply something you have paid for, we tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is by M-Pesa. We never see or keep your M-Pesa PIN.

Delivery and collection

Delivery times are estimates given in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you, or collected by you. See delivery.

Returns and guarantee

Your rights to return a piece are set out under returns, and our guarantee under warranty. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Your account

If you open an account, keep its password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from it.

Our liability

If we fail to do what these terms promise, we are responsible for loss that was a foreseeable result of that failure, up to the price of the order. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delay caused by events outside our control.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
