About this piece
Woven by hand on a floor loom from Kenyan highland wool, spun thick so the rug lies flat and heavy. The wool is dyed in small batches, which leaves a gentle variation across the surface. It is warm under bare feet on a concrete or tiled floor.
- Materials
- Wool weft on a cotton warp.
- Care
- Vacuum weekly without a beater bar. Turn end to end twice a year. Dry clean only.
